Red pepper and goats cheese croquettes on a bed of leaves (V)

Beetroot falafels with beetroot & horseradish chutney & salad (VG)

Duck liver and cognac paté, melba toast with chutney

Smoked haddock fish cake on creamed leeks

Local Welsh Black 6oz fillet steak with pepper and cognac sauce, grilled portabello mushroom and chips

Salmon en croute with a lemon and dill sauce, served with lemon duchess potato and green vegetables

Dry aged Orchard pork fillet medallions with a mushroom and Madeira sauce served with truffle mash and green vegetables

Sweet potato, chestnut, mushroom and pine nut wellington with gravy, herb mash and seasonal vegetables (VG)
